2Workspace approval
A trial workspace is provisioned for your organisation. An administrator approves it, and the trial dashboard unlocks immediately after approval.
3Use the full product
Import study datasheets, set up sites and visit plans, log queries and safety events, and run monitoring. The trial is the full product, not a limited demo.
4Track your trial
The trial dashboard shows your active studies with sites, subjects, data rows, visits, open queries and safety events — plus the days remaining.
5Choose a plan
At trial end, pick Single Study, Clinical Program or Enterprise to keep your data and continue. Nothing is deleted immediately; upgrading reactivates full access.
